Process

A process built around your business.

Every engagement starts with a conversation — not a demo, not a proposal. We learn how your business works before recommending anything.

Discovery Call

An exploratory conversation covering your business model, goals, workflows, current tools, pain points, and desired outcomes. This is not a technical audit — it is a business conversation. The goal is mutual understanding, not a proposal.

  • How the business operates day to day
  • Where time is lost or effort is duplicated
  • What tools are already in use
  • What leadership wants to improve or grow
  • Where there may be untapped opportunity
2

After the call

Define the Opportunity

Based on the discovery call, Red Clay Insights determines whether a Technology Opportunity Assessment is the right next step. If there is a good fit, we agree on the scope and you receive a proposal.

  • Confirm whether an assessment is appropriate
  • Align on the focus areas and scope
  • Review the proposal and timeline

Paid deliverable

Technology Opportunity Assessment

A structured, written assessment prepared after the discovery call. It identifies four to six prioritized opportunities, recommends practical technology approaches, and estimates the expected operational value of each.

  • Four to six prioritized opportunities
  • Recommended technology approach for each
  • Expected operational value and ROI consideration
  • Implementation complexity and next steps
  • Executive summary and prioritized list

You are in control

Decide What to Pursue

You review the assessment and decide which opportunities to pursue, in what order, and with whom. Red Clay Insights is available to help with implementation — but the assessment is useful on its own, and you are never obligated to continue.

  • Choose which opportunities to act on
  • Decide whether to implement with Red Clay Insights, your existing team, or another provider
  • Move at the pace that makes sense for your business

What to bring to the discovery call.

You do not need a defined project or a shortlist of tools. Come with the challenges, the frustrations, or the opportunity you have been thinking about. We will cover the rest.

How the business generates revenue
The workflows that run the business day to day
Which roles are involved in key processes
What technology is currently in use
Where friction, delay, or manual effort is highest
What a better outcome would look like
Whether there is an opportunity to apply AI practically
Budget and timeline considerations, if relevant

About the Technology Opportunity Assessment

A practical deliverable, not a sales pitch.

The Technology Opportunity Assessment is a paid, written deliverable prepared after the discovery call. It is not a generic report — it is specific to your business, your workflows, and the opportunities identified in discovery.

It includes four to six prioritized opportunities, a recommended technology approach for each, an estimate of expected operational impact, and clear next steps. You receive an executive summary and a prioritized list you can act on immediately.

Implementation is optional and scoped separately. The assessment is useful on its own — whether you act on it yourself, work with Red Clay Insights, or bring in another partner.

Start with a conversation.

The discovery call is free and carries no obligation. Bring the problem — we will figure out together if there is a path forward.
